As Liturgical Ministers, what we do is very important to the life of the Church. Your greeting, proclaiming, singing, and presenting of Christ can make a person’s day, help them to know they are loved by God, and who knows, your brief interaction with them might energize them to deeper relationship with the Lord. But we can only give what we have received, so it’s important that we come together on occasion to “refill the tank,” as it were.
